This week we are learning about Polar Animals. We listed as many animals as we could think of that live in the artic and then read a book about Artic Animals. For table time we cut out a polar bear and glued cotton balls on it to make a fuzzy polar bear.
Early release snow excitement calls for indoor snowball fights and shaving cream "snow"!!
We read A Perfect Day. For our table activity we did a group project. We used plastic pipettes or droppers to drip liquid watercolor on paper towels. The kiddos loved it and didn't even realize they were working on those writing skills!! Using droppers really helps with that pencil grasp!! We also ended up with some beautiful paper towels!
