This week we are learning about the first Thanksgiving. We read The Very First Thanksgiving Day. We studied the pictures and talked about how different their clothes look. We also talked about what we eat for Thanksgiving dinner and what we thought they might have eaten.
Friday, we made fall tree art and named 3 thingscwe ate thankful for. I didn't get any pictures of art time, because Miss Christy and I were writing their answers on their paper. We welcomed a new friend and brought our girl numbers back up to 7! We are happy to have you!
We read Thank You, Thanksgiving. We made another list of things we are thankful for and used droppers to drip watercolor on leaf cutouts. Our VIP'S Aunt "Meme" joined us for lunch and read a book. Thanks for coming Meme!
