Dinosaurs
We hatched dinosaurs from ice eggs today! I made the eggs by putting little dinosaurs in a balloon, filling the balloon with water and freezing it. We used droppers with warm water and salt to help melt the ice and free the dinos. We also used play dough to create caves and dinosaur eggs. It was a very sensory and hands on kind of day! The kind of day that keeps them involved for longer than 5 mins... more like 30!! We also celebrated a Birthday!! 🎈
Dinosaurs
One of our favorite weeks... it's dinosaur week!! It's also a new month which means new Nursery Rhyme. Our October Nursery Rhyme is "Little Miss Muffet." We added dinosaurs to the classroom, playground, and our sensory table. Our VIP shared her poster and 1 of her favorite things.
