Chinrse New Year

We painted with red and orange. These two colors are thought to bring good luck. We are enjoying learning about Chinese New Year. We had cashew chicken for lunch. For snack we had oranges (also believed to bring good luck) and fortune cookies. Center Time has become my favorite part of the day. I love how comfortable the kiddos have gotten in their environment. Asking for materials and doing art on tables, chairs, and even the floor. Their creativity blows me away. What they chose to do is way better than any planned activity!! Our VIP'S dad read to the kiddos and had a few minutes for a little arm wrestling! Thanks for coming!
